Agendas & Minutes

Overview

Agendas for the City Council meetings are available on the City's website the Friday afternoon before each meeting. Special meetings and workshops may be called as needed.

Routine business is placed on the "consent agenda," which is considered and approved by one motion at the beginning of each meeting. Any member of the Council may remove an item from the consent agenda for discussion and action.

Meetings of the Otsego City Council are recorded and the City Clerk prepares the meeting minutes. Minutes do not become official until approved by the Council, usually at its next meeting. Meeting minutes are posted on the City's website after they are approved and become official.

For more information, email the City Clerk.
